Stage 4 of 6 in the device journey
What happens, in order
This is the workflow as shown in the film, recorded in HRI Pro with demonstration data and fictional patients.
- One inboxTransmissions from each supported manufacturer arrive in a single work queue, so the team stops switching between portals.
- Parsed data beside the source PDFStructured values are shown next to the original report and cross-referenced, so nothing has to be taken on trust.
- One-click follow-upStructured values carry into the follow-up form for clinical review.
- Cleared with a reasonEvery dismissal needs a reason, and builds the audit trail.
- Disconnected devices surface themselvesPatients who have stopped transmitting appear without anyone having to go looking.
- Remote data joins the patient recordRemote data joins the implant and in-clinic history instead of living in a separate system.

Why it matters
Transmissions alone leave gaps
If a device episode is cleared before the next transmission is sent, it never reaches the manufacturer platform. And a hospital outside the patient's usual care setting cannot see that platform at all. A record that sits independently of any one device or portal closes both gaps.
Software for your team, not a bureau
Remote Link is a work queue for the hospital's own physiologists. HRI does not replace your clinical review.
Remote joins the whole-life record
Most remote monitoring platforms start at the first transmission. Here the transmission sits on top of the implant record and every in-clinic check.
Audit comes free
Because clearing a transmission requires a reason, the audit trail is a by-product of doing the work.
