Stage 3 of 6 in the device journey
What happens, in order
This is the workflow as shown in the film, recorded in HRI Pro with demonstration data and fictional patients.
- Name, HRI ID and a tab for every part of the recordThe profile opens on patient and clinical cards, with consent status and copy-to-clipboard for identifiers.
- One drawer for the common actionsModify, summarise, note, upload and transfer, without leaving the profile.
- Quick modify, with a reasonChange a detail, give a reason, and it is on the record.
- Device detailsThe generator and each lead, with a drill-down per lead.
- Notes and medicationsA note can carry a priority, with medications alongside.
- Report historyEvery procedure and follow-up on a timeline. Open one to read it, or put two follow-ups side by side.
- FilesUpload a document, name it, and rename or delete it later.
- Remote Link, appointments and trendsTransmissions, upcoming visits and the measurements over time.

Why it matters
It survives box changes and upgrades
The record belongs to the patient rather than to a single device, so history carries across generator replacements, lead revisions and upgrades.
It follows the patient
When a patient is followed up at a different participating hospital, the clinician there sees the same device history.
Changes are accountable
Edits require a reason and are kept, which is what audit and clinical governance ask for.
