Stage 6 of 6 in the device journey
What happens, in order
This is the workflow as shown in the film, recorded in HRI Pro with demonstration data and fictional patients.
- Three dashboards, two viewsProcedures, Follow Up and Patient dashboards, each as Hospital overview or My overview.
- One filter bar governs every cardManufacturer, period and date range. Pick the last 12 months for one manufacturer and every card redraws.
- Totals by device typeEach tile is set against the same dates a year earlier.
- Read the chartsHover for the counts, and switch views to see the device mix.
- The procedure listFilter it down and preview any procedure.
- Follow-up dashboardThe same tiles for follow-ups, plus source, physiologist and check type.
- Patient lists you can act fromDid-not-attend, box-change and patient lists with live counts: who was not seen, how overdue, and what to do next, with reason and status changed in the row.
- ExportThe list to Excel, the dashboard to a PDF report.

Why it matters
Service planning with real numbers
Volumes, device mix and follow-up load come straight from clinical activity, so staffing and capacity conversations start from fact.
Nobody falls off the list, anywhere
A hospital knows who missed its own clinic. It cannot know whether they were seen elsewhere. Where an expected next follow-up is recorded, HRI can surface patients who have not been seen anywhere on the network within that window: not just a local no-show.
Reports without a reporting project
Because the data is created by the workflow, the dashboard is always current and the export is one click.
